Whether you are navigating staffing concerns, enrollment, leadership, operations, policies, marketing, or another immediate priority, this session provides dedicated time to assess the situation, identify practical solutions, and create a clear plan for moving forward. Before the session, you will complete a brief intake form so we can identify your priorities and make the most of our time together. Your session includes: A 90-minute private Zoom strategy session Focused support for one to two business challenges Expert recommendations tailored to your childcare business Clear priorities and actionable next steps This session is best for business owners who need clarity, direction, and professional support without committing to a long-term coaching program.

📌 Booking Policy – Please Read Before Booking 🔒 Payment & Booking Confirmation All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your spot. Once payment is received, your session will be confirmed. 🚫 No Refund Policy All bookings are non-refundable. By securing your session, you agree to this policy. This includes no refunds for missed appointments or cancellations. 📅 Rescheduling Policy We understand that life happens! You may reschedule once, with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your session. To reschedule, please email or message us directly. Last-minute rescheduling (less than 24 hours) may result in forfeiture of the session without refund. ⏳ Late Policy Please arrive on time. Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival to respect other clients’ bookings ( 15 min grace but will go into your time)
