🔒 Payment & Booking Confirmation
All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your spot. Once payment is received, your session will be confirmed.

🚫 No Refund Policy
All bookings are non-refundable. By securing your session, you agree to this policy. This includes no refunds for missed appointments or cancellations.

📅 Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens! You may reschedule once, with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your session. To reschedule, please email or message us directly.

Last-minute rescheduling (less than 24 hours) may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.

⏳ Late Policy
Please arrive on time. Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival to respect other clients’ bookings.
